How It Works

Step 1: Cut Out Old Liner and Measure

The water will be pumped out of your pool and the old liner will be cut out and disposed of. During this phase, the liner track, skimmer, returns, and maindrains will be checked for damage. Between 50 and 150 measurements will then be taken to create a perfectly fitting custom liner for your pool.

Step 2: Clean and Repair Pool Shell

The pool shell will be thoroughly cleaned to remove algae and dirt. Any rust on the steel walls will then be grinded off and the affected areas covered with rust paint. Cracks in the concrete bottom will be ground smooth and filled in with cement to prevent further spreading.

Step 3: Install New Liner

The pool will be vacuumed spotlessly to make sure nothing is under your liner, and the new liner will be hooked into the liner track. Once the liner is hooked into the track the vinyl vac will be turned on to suck the air out from behind the liner and hold it in place while the pool is filled with water. When the water reaches a certain point, the vinyl vac is removed because the hydrostatic pressure is now holding the liner in place. The faceplates for the returns, skimmers, and lights will then be installed.
