Water balancing is the responsibility of the customer.
Pool water will not be completely clear after opening. It takes time for debris to be filtered out.
If water is not at operating level it is the customers responsibility to fill it and start pump.
Axon Pools is not currently doing openings for pools that do not have safety covers.
